Shutter Speads

shutter speed is when the effective length of time a camera's shutter is open
some of the main shutter speads for example are: 

1. 1/1000 s
2. 1/125 s
3. 1/2 s
4. 1/15 s
5. 1/60 s

White Balance

White Balance is an option that many photographers find unnecessary to use but it's still useful know what it can do for you as a photographer. 

White balance is simply a colour toning option that you can choose for different moods. 

When using the white balance option it can give a very different impact upon your images as opposed to an image taken using the camera in regular setting.
